Pumpkin Chia Seed Overnight Oats

This isn’t one of those blogs you have to scroll through the depths of hell to get to the recipe; so here ya go. Enjoy my overnight oats/chia seed pudding mixture. It’s delicious.



1/2 cup Rolled Oats

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or whatever ya want, I personally hate Almond milk but you can’t taste it so it doesn’t matter)

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup (or the sugary shit, whatever you use)

1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice


This recipe isn’t very sweet, which I prefer, but if you need it more sweet you can 100% add something you like to make it sweeter! The fun thing about overnight oats is they’re SO customizable after you get the right ratio for the base!
